The plot is divided among the three houses in a way that ensures privacy and comfort for each of them.
The project features clean, Scandinavian-style exterior forms. Particular emphasis has also been placed on natural light in the home, while attention has been paid to natural cooling through the planned thermal insulation, natural shading of the large windows, the complex's orientation in relation to the summer solstice, and the designed underfloor heating and domestic hot water systems for the winter months! Photovoltaic panels can be installed on the roofs for additional energy efficiency, while the planned three-phase power supply allows for charging electric vehicles. Together, all these features create a unique living environment, low utility bills and a sustainable setting over time.
The buildings will be connected to the municipal sewage and water supply networks.
The waterproofing of the building foundations will be carried out using a concrete additive to increase the concrete's water resistance, site drainage systems and a gas-flame-applied waterproofing membrane.
The roofs are made of reinforced concrete and will be finished with a suspended façade system featuring thermal insulation and an additional water-repellent membrane, sealed with sheet metal cladding using the SRP Click system by the German company LINDAB. The roofing system, with concealed drainage, will smoothly continue onto the façades of the second floor, creating a sense of solidity.
Limestone slabs will be installed on the building plinth, surface-treated to reduce the retention of dust and particulate matter. They will be bonded with high-grade adhesive and mechanically fixed to the façade. The roofs and walls of the second floor will feature a suspended façade system by the German company LINDAB; part of the façade will be clad in treated thermal wood; glass railings will be installed on the second floor; high-end aluminium windows and doors by the Belgian manufacturer Reynaers Aluminium; low-emissivity, all-season glazing; and glass railings with a lightly mirrored finish on the balconies and terraces. Provision has been made for a complete underfloor heating system, lines for wall-mounted cooling units, and a central domestic hot water heating system. The entire system will be powered by a heat pump selected by the client.
At the client's request, a smart home system can be installed to control the underfloor heating, air conditioning, blinds, awnings and lighting.
