With a sea view and a built-up area of 11,573 sq.m, it consists of four buildings, 3 buildings with 6 floors each and 1 attic, totaling 7 floors, and a summer restaurant on 2 floors. There are 113 apartments located in 160 rooms, plus 16 staff rooms and offices.

There are 2 restaurants, 2 kitchens with a total of 360 seats, 4 bars, 4 swimming pools, 4 elevators, a SPA Center - 600 sq.m, reception, lobby, lobby bar, office spaces and accommodation for staff, garages, storage rooms, a playground, parking with evergreen gardens, and more. There is an act 16 for use from 2008 and contracts signed with tour operators for summer 2026. It operates year-round. Located 70 km from Burgas Airport and 300 km from Istanbul and 50 km from Malko Tarnovo.

This is the only place along the Black Sea coast that is still not overbuilt, far from overcrowded and noisy resorts.

The complex is situated on a plot of 6,267 sq.m. of land in front of which are beach dunes and the sea, on the site of the former "Nestinarka" campsite.

The architecture of the hotel represents a combination of Mediterranean architecture with modern interior design. The total built-up area of the hotel is 17,170 sq.m. including common areas. The hotel is designed and built to operate year-round. All rooms are individually air-conditioned.

It was built in 2008. Massive construction using the highest quality materials according to European Community standards. The entire complex is insulated and has six-chamber windows. The first two floors and part of the facades are clad with valuable Bulgarian stone - "Kardzhali Gneiss". The sixth floor is clad in lime oak. All stairs are made of Italian marble with wrought iron railings and wooden handrails. All rooms are individually air-conditioned and are used year-round, equipped according to the requirements for a 4-star hotel. Repairs and improvements are made every winter season.

The hotel complex we offer has an area of 11,573 sq.m + 3,300 sq.m of evergreen garden and is located in four buildings: Block 1, 2, and 3, and another building with 2 floors for a summer restaurant. There are a total of 113 apartments, studios, and double rooms, each with an area of 40 - 170 sq.m. with a total of 160 rooms. They have sea views, side sea views, views of the pools in the complex, and the "Strandja" park, and 16 rooms for office and staff accommodation. Its capacity is 450 beds.

The apartments are modernly furnished with MDF furniture, mostly in wenge and beige colors, individually air-conditioned, making them suitable for year-round use, equipped with direct telephone, individual safe, Wi-Fi, 32-inch LED TVs, and in larger apartments with 50-inch TVs, with the latest security and fire protection installations, video surveillance, and more. Most apartments consist of: dining area, living room with terrace, bedroom with terrace, and kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, and extractor fan. The bathrooms are large, with bathtubs and shower cabins. The kitchenette is 4 sq.m. and has upper cabinets.
